I love all the blue water bins and butts on the allotments close to where I live, they make nice notes amongst what was the muted, breaking out of winter colours - and the general purposefulness and repurposing of everything, a kind of order in a beautiful chaos. This is what I’ve tried to convey within my painting - worked up from daily visits, drawings and notes.
